Robert Mimarbachi built his professional career from the ground up, beginning with vocational training on international trade, followed by advanced professional qualifications in commercial management and studies in business administration.
He gained his initial leadership experience in the automotive sector, including roles in account management and key account management. During this period, he de-veloped a solid, strong understanding of international customer relationships and complex sales and distribution structures as well as expertise.
A defining step in his career came when he moved into the construction supply in-dustry.
Starting in sales management, he progressed to the executive management of a me-dium sized company.
As Managing Director, he assumed overall responsibility for the company's Ger-man operations while simultaneously establishing international subsidiaries and supply chains across the Middle East and Türkiye. This international experience continues to shape his work today.
After 14 years in these senior management positions, he decided to establish his own business.
